Our PM group classes combined the energy of community with the focus of personalized attention, a maximum of 8 participants per class. Each class feels intimate and supportive, ensuring every one of you receives professional guidance throughout the class.
The weekly schedules are anything but ordinary and designed to keep your workout fresh, challenging, and effective. The schedule is programmed to target different muscle groups and deliver a full body transformation with your consistency over time.
- Daily focus each session zeros in on a specific area, upper body, lower body core, balance, and cardio, so you’ll never plateau.

No two classes are the same, every daily workout blends strength training, cardio, and functional movement to keep your body guessing and progressing. - Personal attention:
With only 6-8 women per class, we can give you the individualized
coaching you need to see the result.
Prepare for your class
We have everything you need, from pre-workout and post-workout refreshments, nutritional drinks, towels, water, and even feminine hygiene products, just don’t forget to bring your electric vibes.
