Our group classes combined the energy of community with the focus of personalized attention, with a maximum of 6 participants per class, and are 60 min long. Each class feels intimate and supportive, ensuring every one of you receives professional guidance throughout the class

No two classes are the same; every daily workout blends strength training and Conditioning, with functional movement to keep your body guessing and progressing. - Personal attention:
With only 6 women in our 60 min class, we can give you the individualized
coaching you need to see the result.
Prepare for your class:
We provide everything you need: towels, Fiji water, and essential amenities.
