FAQ
- Are there women-only classes? Yes, it’s a Women-only boutique studio.
- What should I bring to the class? Your Energy only, We got you covered with Fiji water bottles, fresh, clean organic towels, Nespresso Coffee, refreshments, complimentary Pre-and Post-Workout Drink (available for purchase) to sedgy fun music, and a supportive community.
- If I haven’t worked out in a while, can these classes work for me? Yes, of course, our classes are fit for all, and if you feel that it’s too challenging for you, we are always happy to modify an exercise for you so you’ll feel safe and can finish the class like a queen.
- I don’t have any experience in weight and strength training. Am I able to join too? Yes indeed, we will guide you and teach you the fundamentals, be patient with your body and your process.
- I don’t know anyone in the class, not sure I’m feeling comfortable. Hey girl, we are all in this together, a greeting will happen before every class to make sure you’ll know who you work with.
- Where can I park? – Well, there are lots of street parking spaces around the area. Plan ahead of time to be at least 5 min before class starts.
- What happens if I’m late to the class?– We have a 5-7-minute grace period for any class; above this time, unfortunately, we will not be able to let you in as we wish to respect the other client who has already begun their class.
- How long are the classes? All classes are 60-65 min long on the dots!
- What happens if I don’t show up to a class? – Well, as much as we want you to commit to your journey and prioritize yourself, we require you to cancel your scheduled class 12 hours before your group class starts, and 24 hours before your Private session starts to avoid the full class charge. No refunds at this point!

- KC Fitness Beverly Hills is a women-only boutique fitness studio.
- Access is limited to registered clients with scheduled appointments or classes.
- Parking – Street parking /Meter
Classes are offered multiple times per day, six days a week. Advance booking is required to secure your spot.
