KC Fitness Beverly Hills Business Policies

Welcome to KC Fitness Beverly Hills! To ensure smooth operations and mutual understanding, please review the following policies.

1. General Policies

  • Studio Access: KC Fitness Beverly Hills is a women-only boutique fitness studio. Access is limited to registered clients with scheduled appointments or classes.
  • Class Sizes: Group classes are limited to 6-8 participants to ensure personalized attention.
  • Amenities: We provide pre- and post-workout drinks, refreshments, coffee, tea, towels, and hygiene products in the women’s restroom to enhance your experience.

2. Scheduling and Appointments

  • Group Classes: Classes are offered multiple times per day, six days a week. Advance booking is required to secure your spot.
  • Private Classes: Private training sessions are available by appointment only.

3. Cancellation/ No Show (Group class or Private class) Policy
We understand that life happens. To accommodate everyone fairly, the following cancellation policies apply:

  • Group Classes:
    Cancellations made at least 12 hours before the class will receive a full refund or credit.
    Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full class fee.
  • Private Classes:
    Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the session will receive a full refund or credit.
    Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full session fee.

4. Rescheduling Policy
Clients may reschedule group or private sessions without penalty if the request is made within the cancellation window (12 hours for group classes, 24 hours for private sessions).
Rescheduling requests outside this window will be considered as cancellations.

5. Arrival Policy
Please arrive at least 10 -15 minutes before your scheduled class, find parking, have a small chat, and allow time for check-in and preparation. We allow 5 minutes grace period.
Unfortunately, late arrivals above 5 min may not be admitted to group classes to avoid disrupting other participants.
Clients will be charged the fee for the entire scheduled appointment regardless of the time the client arrives.

6. Terminating Policy membership or subscription
While we hate to see you cancel or terminate your membership, we understand life!:
We require a written notice via email or direct contact with the gym owner at least 14 days prior to your next billing cycle.  This ensures that you will not be charged for the following cycle. Please note that cancellations received less than 14 days in advance may result in one final billing before the cancellation takes effect.

7. Refund Policy Classes and Packages:
Package (except Unlimited membership) purchased are final and non-refundable after a 14-day cooling-off period, during which, you’re able to receive your refund on the package you have purchased not including the sessions you have already used.

After the 14-day cooling-off period, packages are non-refundable.
All sessions must be used within the specified timeframe provided at the time of purchase (e.g., 1, 3, or 6 months, depending on the package you purchased).
Missed or canceled sessions outside of our cancellation policy will not be refunded or rescheduled.
Unlimited Membership Packages are nonrefundable, you can cancel 14 days prior to your next billing cycle.

Cancellation must be made in writing via email or directly at the studio.
Exceptions may be made for medical reasons with proper documentation.

No Refunds for Late Cancellations or No-Shows: As outlined in the cancellation policy [#3 above].

8. Health and Safety Policies
• Medical Clearance: All clients must ensure they are in good health before participating in any fitness activities.
• Liability Waiver: All clients must sign a liability waiver before their first class or session.
